Please read photoshoot terms and conditions below before booking your photoshoot
I. Retainer and Payment:
a. A non-refundable deposit is required to book your session. Deposits are 50% of the session’s cost unless stated otherwise on the booking page.
b. Deposits are required to confirm bookings. Failure to make a deposit will result in your desired date remaining available to the public.
c. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session before it begins.
II. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
a. Cancellations must be made 72 hours before the scheduled time of your session.
b. Failure to cancel before the 72-hour window begins will result in the loss of client’s deposit.
c. Rescheduling is based on the photographer’s availability.
d. Client is allowed 1 reschedule with initial deposit. If client reschedules more than once, they will be required to pay a new deposit.
III. Session Duration:
a. The time allotted for a session begins at the scheduled start time. Example: if a session is 1-hour long and begins at 2:00 PM, your session begins at 1:00 PM and ends at 2:00 PM. Clients are highly urged to arrive camera-ready.
b. There is a 10-minute grace period after the session start time. If the client does not arrive within the grace period, a $50 late fee will be applied.
V. Studio Use:
a. Use of photographer’s studio in included with in-studio sessions unless stated otherwise during the booking process.
b. Clients are responsible for the repairing of any damages made to the studio by client or guest(s) during session.
c. Clients are required to pay for damages before receiving retouched photos.
VI. Session Guests:
a. Clients are permitted to have 1 guest in attendance with them at their photo shoot unless the booked photo shoot includes more than 1 additional person. Persons under the age of 18 who are not being photographed are not permitted to attend photo shoot.
VII. Image Delivery:
a. Unedited images will be delivered to client through a digital gallery within 4-business days.
b. Retouched images will be delivered to client through a digital gallery within 10-business days after photos are selected and all invoices associated with session are paid.
c. Rush delivery is available as an add-on.
VIII. Image Rights:
a. Photographer retains the copyright to all images.
b. The client is granted a license for personal use only. Images cannot be sold or used for commercial purposes without the photographer’s written consent.
X. Liability:
a. The photographer is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the session.
XI. Travel Fees:
a. Travel fees may apply for locations outside of Charleston, SC and Summerville, SC. These fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the scheduling of session.
