It is very important that you do not attempt to book a photoshoot if your are not prepared to complete your booking through the payment of a 50% deposit, signing of a contract and the completion of a questionnaire. Information like prices and the booking schedule are public (here) and don’t require you to start the booking process to access it.
Please note that session pricing and current availability are publicly available and can be reviewed before initiating a booking request. Starting the booking process without completing these steps creates an incomplete reservation within the booking system and may impact availability for yourself and others. Doing this will also send a signal to the website that there is a new lead and automatically send you an invoice.

I. Retainer and Payment:
a. A non-refundable deposit is required to book your photoshoot. Deposits are 50% of the session’s cost unless stated otherwise on the booking page.
b. Failure to make a deposit at the time that you are initiating the booking process will result in the cancellation of your reservation and your desired date remaining available to the public.
c. The remaining balance is due on the day of your photoshoot, before it begins. You will not receive your unedited photos until your photoshoot is paid in full.
II. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
a. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session time.
b. Failure to cancel within the 72-hour window will result in the loss of the client’s deposit.
c. Rescheduling is based on the photographer’s availability.
d. Clients are allowed one reschedule with their initial deposit. If the client attempts to reschedule more than once, the photoshoot will be cancelled, the deposit forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another date.
III. Session Duration:
a. Session time begins at the scheduled start time. Example: If a one-hour session is booked for 2:00 PM, the session will run from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Clients are expected to arrive camera-ready.
b. There is a 10-minute grace period after the scheduled start time. If the client does not arrive within that period, the photoshoot may be cancelled or a $20 late fee will be applied. This does not apply to promotional photoshoots (holiday, seasonal, discounted sessions, etc.), which may have separate terms.
IV. Studio Use:
a. Use of photographer’s studio in included with in-studio sessions unless stated otherwise during the booking process.
b. Clients are responsible for repairing any damages caused by themselves or their guests while at studio.
c. Clients are required to pay for damages before receiving retouched photos.
V. Session Guests:
a. Clients may bring one guest to their photoshoot unless the session booked includes multiple participants.
b. Minors under the age of 18 who are not being photographed are not permitted to attend.
VI. Image Delivery:
a. Unedited images will be delivered to client through a digital gallery within 4-business days.
b. Retouched images will be delivered to client through a digital gallery within 7-business days after photos are selected and all invoices associated with session are paid.
c. Rush delivery is available as an add-on.
d. Clients will not receive RAW image files under any circumstances.
VII. Image Rights:
a. Photographer retains the copyright to all images.
b. The client is granted a license for personal use only. Images cannot be sold or used for commercial purposes without the photographer’s written consent.
IX. Liability:
a. The photographer is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the session.
X. Travel Fees:
a. Travel fees may apply for locations outside of Charleston, SC and Summerville, SC. These fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the scheduling of session.
