ABANDONED PROJECTS

A project will be dissolved after 14 consecutive days have passed since client’s last correspondence about project. Payment(s) made for abandoned projects are not refundable.

BANK CHARGEBACKS

By remitting payment for services, client agrees to terms and conditions of Start With A Plan/Elizabeth Rivers and agrees that bank chargebacks are invalid.

Refunds

Due to the custom and service-based nature of the services provided by Start With A Plan/Elizabeth Rivers, all sales are final.
